  • Acceptance: Accept the current situation as it is, without resistance. This does not mean passivity, but rather a deep understanding and acceptance of reality.
  • Observing the mind: Become the observer of your thoughts. Realize that you are not your thoughts, but the one who observes them.
  • Meditation practice: Meditate regularly to deepen your presence and mindfulness. Meditation helps calm the mind and strengthen the connection with the present moment.
  • Freedom from the past and future: Understand that the past and future exist only in your mind. Focus on the present moment to free yourself from regrets and worries.
  • Space for silence: Create space for silence and peace in your life. This could be time spent in nature or simply moments of silence throughout the day.
  • Acceptance of pain: Recognize that pain is part of the human experience. Accept it without resistance and use it as an opportunity for growth and transformation.
  • Connection with the inner body: Practice conscious awareness of your body from within. This helps strengthen the connection with the present moment and reduce the mind's influence.
  • Love and compassion: Cultivate love and compassion for yourself and others. This helps overcome egoistic tendencies and strengthen the sense of unity with the world.
