Main Characters and Their Development

• Jonathan Harker - a young English solicitor, travels to Dracula's Castle in Transylvania to provide legal services to Count Dracula regarding the purchase of property in England. Throughout the events, he encounters horrors and mystical occurrences related to the Count, becoming a key figure in the fight against Dracula.
• Count Dracula - the central character, a Transylvanian aristocrat and vampire. He uses Harker to execute his plan to move to England, where he intends to spread his vampiric curse. Charismatic, with supernatural abilities and intelligence, his motives and actions mark him as the main antagonist.
• Mina Harker (née Murray) - an educated and strong woman, wife of Jonathan Harker. She plays a crucial role in the research and discoveries that lead to Dracula's downfall. Her intelligence, courage, and dedication aid the heroes in their mission.
• Dr. Van Helsing - an experienced and knowledgeable doctor and professor, an expert on vampires and other supernatural phenomena. Leader of the group seeking to destroy Dracula. His knowledge of vampires and their weaknesses proves vital in the battle against the Count.
• Lucy Westenra - Mina's best friend and the first significant victim of Dracula in England. Lucy's transformation into a vampire and the subsequent destruction of her vampiric form becomes a pivotal event, opening the heroes' eyes to the reality of the threat posed by Dracula.
• Arthur Holmwood - engaged to Lucy, actively participates in the attempts to save Lucy and the subsequent hunt for Dracula.
• Quincey Morris - an American, friend and ally of Van Helsing's group. His bravery and willingness to sacrifice himself aid the group in critical moments.
• Jack Seward - director of a psychiatric hospital and friend of the group, provides essential resources and knowledge for the fight against Dracula.
