Main Characters and Their Development

• Lord Voldemort - the main antagonist of the series, relentlessly seeks power over the magical world and the destruction of Harry Potter. His presence is felt more tangibly through his influence on events and characters, although he appears rarely in person.
• Dolores Umbridge - the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher and a high-ranking Ministry of Magic official. A vividly expressed antagonist symbolizing the abuse of power and bureaucratic tyranny within the wizarding world.
