Summary

«Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets» is the second book in the series about the young wizard Harry Potter, authored by J.K. Rowling. In this volume, Harry returns for his second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The start of the school year is overshadowed by warnings from a mysterious elf named Dobby about a deadly danger awaiting Harry at the school. Soon after classes begin, mysterious attacks occur at Hogwarts, and students discover messages written on the walls about the return of Slytherin's heir and the opening of the Chamber of Secrets.
