Main Characters and Their Development

• Serafina Pekkala: A witch who continues to support Lyra. She plays a crucial role in protecting Lyra and Will, as well as in the fight against the forces of the Magisterium.
• Mary Malone: A scientist from our world who begins to study Dust. She becomes an important ally for Lyra and Will, uncovering new aspects of their mission and helping them understand the nature of Dust.
