Main Characters and Their Development

• Big Tooth — the main character and narrator, who through his dreams experiences the life of his ancestor living in prehistoric times. He gradually learns about life and the struggle for survival in the primitive world.
• Red Eye — the antagonist, an aggressive and brutal tribe member who constantly threatens Big Tooth and other tribe members. His behavior and actions highlight the dangers and brutality of primitive life.
• Gray Beaver — a wise and experienced tribe member who helps Big Tooth understand the surrounding world and survive in it. His knowledge and advice play a crucial role in the protagonist's development.
• Light Paw — a friend and ally of Big Tooth, who supports him in difficult moments and helps him in his struggle against Red Eye. Her loyalty and courage make her an important character in the story.
