• Alma Svensson - Emil's mother, a caring and patient woman who often finds herself at the center of her son's antics. She loves Emil and tries to understand him despite his mischief.
• Anton Svensson - Emil's father, a strict and sometimes hot-tempered man who often gets angry at Emil for his pranks. However, he also loves his son and is proud of his achievements.
