Exercises
- An inspiring morning begins with a mindfulness exercise: the author invites the reader to greet the new day in silence, listening to their own thoughts and desires to sense an inner impulse to act.
- True goals assignment: Larssen encourages you to take a sheet of paper and honestly answer what your heart truly longs for, separating society’s imposed dreams from genuine aspirations.
- Visualization practice: the reader is invited to close their eyes and vividly imagine themselves having achieved their goal, to feel the taste of victory so that this image becomes a beacon on the path to success.
- Fear-overcoming exercise: the author suggests writing down your fears and doubts, then mentally walking through them, imagining how they dissolve under the force of determination.
- Gratitude task: every evening, Larssen recommends writing down three things to be grateful for from the day, to learn to see the light even in the most ordinary moments.
- Willpower training: the reader is encouraged to choose a small but meaningful promise to themselves and keep it unwaveringly for a week, observing how inner discipline grows.
- Day’s reflection: at the end of the day, the author advises spending a few minutes reflecting on what was accomplished for your dream and what steps to take tomorrow.
