You Only Live Twice

Brief Overview

In the book «You Only Live Twice», James Bond travels to Japan after the tragic loss of his wife. His mission is to persuade Japanese intelligence to provide information on the Soviet Union in exchange for help in eliminating the mysterious Dr. Shatterhand, who runs a castle of death. Bond discovers that Shatterhand is actually his old enemy Ernst Stavro Blofeld, who has survived previous encounters. During the mission, Bond faces various dangers, including ninjas and deadly traps. Ultimately, he defeats Blofeld but loses his memory due to a head injury. After recovering, he decides to stay in Japan, believing himself to be a Japanese fisherman.
