Summary
“Matilda” is a story about an extraordinarily gifted girl, written by Roald Dahl. The plot revolves around Matilda Wormwood, a young girl with exceptional intellectual abilities, who lives with her indifferent and uncomprehending family. Matilda loves to read, and books become her solace and escape from life with a dishonest father and an indifferent mother.
