Brief Overview

In the story «The Adventure of the Three Garridebs», Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson encounter an unusual case involving an inheritance. Soon, John Garrideb from America appears, asserting that he is one of the required heirs. Holmes suspects the case is not as straightforward as it seems and begins an investigation. During the investigation, it is revealed that John Garrideb is actually a criminal named Evans, who is using the fictitious inheritance as a pretext to enter Nathan's home and seize valuable documents.
