A Study in Scarlet
Summary
«A Study in Scarlet» is the first novel by Arthur Conan Doyle featuring the famous detective Sherlock Holmes and his friend Dr. John Watson. Holmes, using his deductive methods, uncovers a complex motive for the murder, linked to revenge and events that occurred many years ago in America. Ultimately, the perpetrator is revealed to be a man driven by a desire for justice for past wrongs.
