Main Characters and Their Development

• Richard Bach - the main character of the book, who faces internal conflicts and memories from his childhood. Throughout the narrative, he undergoes self-analysis and reevaluation of his life principles, which helps him achieve inner harmony and self-understanding.
• Dickie - Richard's alter ego, his childhood version, with whom he engages in dialogue throughout the book.
